GFCF Food List

Here is a good GFCF food list of ingredients to always have on hand for the Gluten-free/Casein-free diet:
**Always read labels first**
  • Earth Balance butter tub
  • Earth Balance butter sticks
  • Rice Milk-Vanilla is best, chocolate for a treat
  • Almond Milk-Vanilla, often cheaper and really good
  • Glutino Pretzels-Expensive but worth it
  • LaraBars-WalMart carries them now
  • Chocolate chips-Enjoy life brand
  • Vance's Dairy Free milk powder (used for bread recipe)
  • Bread crumbs-EnerG brand, used for meatballs/meatloaf
  • Corn chips-tostitos etc
  • Plain potato chips-Lay's or Ruffles
  • Salsa-see recipes
  • Guacamole-make or buy in individual packets, can be frozen
  • Popcorn-make with GFCF butter
  • Rice Bread-homemade is best, see recipes
  • Rice pasta
  • Hormel Canadian bacon-for pizza
  • Vegan Gourmet mozzarella cheese alternative-for pizza
  • Corn tortillas-for tacos
  • Hummus-Sabra brand from Sam's Club
  • Tofutti-tofu ice cream, really good
  • Rice Dream-rice milk ice cream
  • Coconut Milk-expensive, but yummy for everyone!
  • Hamburger/hot dog buns-homemade see recipes
  • Applesauce-snack, or use to mix in supplements (see supplements)
  • Sorbet (with no milk) Lemon sorbet is great to mix in supplements, the lemon hides bad flavors
  • Fresh veggies & fruits, of course
